  • While I do not directly accept insurance, I will work with you should you choose to use your out-of-network benefits on your particular insurance plan.

  • You can request an appointment through the contact page, send us an email, or give us a call! and I will return your message.

  • You will receive an invoice which you can send to insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement amount is determined by your insurance plan.
