Individual Therapy

Rooted in the pillars of mindful awareness, connection, nourishment, movement, and security, this work honors that your mental health is shaped by every part of your life-not just your thoughts.
Coaching
Practical support for creating a life that functions—and feels—better.
Coaching focuses on how to create the day-to-day systems that support your well-being. This includes executive functioning skills like organization, routines, and follow-through, as well as building sustainable habits around nutrition and movement.
This is not about rigid plans or perfection. It’s about discovering what works for you—how you fuel your body, how you move, and how you structure your life in a way that increases energy, reduces overwhelm, and creates consistency. You’ll leave with clear tools, personalized strategies, and a framework that helps you feel more in control, supported, and capable in your everyday life.

Workshop
An immersive, community-centered experience for whole-person growth. Workshops are designed as a guided journey through each pillar—Mindful, Connected, Nourished, Healthy, and Secure—with each week focusing on one area of well-being. These sessions blend education, reflection, and practical application, giving you the opportunity to not only learn but actually integrate new habits and perspectives into your life. You’ll explore each pillar in a supportive group setting, building both personal insight and a sense of connection with others on a similar path. By the end of the series, you’ll have a deeper understanding of yourself and a more balanced, sustainable approach to living well—across every area of your life.
